Senior Building Enclosure Leader

Lead innovative building solutions at RDH as a Senior Building Enclosure Specialist. This position focuses on delivering high-impact projects with a sustainability emphasis across Canada West.

As a Senior Leader within RDH, you will address complex challenges in both new and existing buildings.

Your role includes consulting on building enclosure performance while promoting climate-resilient practices. Collaborate with clients and guide team members toward achieving excellence in various projects throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead assessments for building enclosure performance issues

• Enhance client services by identifying project opportunities

• Direct technical leadership in building science

• Mentor and develop team members’ capabilities

• Influence strategic direction for building science initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Applied Science

• 15+ years in building science and enclosure engineering

• Field experience in construction and site management

• Proven client relationship management skills

• Successful project leadership across various scenarios
