Position: Senior Seller-Doer at CDM Smith
Bring your expertise to CDM Smith as a Senior Project Manager/Seller-Doer leading municipal water projects in Western Canada. Engage in client consultations and project management excellence.

In this role, you'll be responsible for selling and managing projects focused on municipal water services, including wastewater treatment and infrastructure solutions. Your hands-on experience and leadership will shape project strategy while working to meet client needs and execution standards. You'll guide and support engineering teams, ensuring project success and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee municipal water and wastewater project management

• Collaborate in the creation of client proposals

• Conduct technical discussions with clients

• Provide senior mentorship to engineering staff

• Lead quality assurance for project deliverables

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 15 years of related work experience

• Achieve PMP, CCM, or DBIA certification promptly

• Experience in large municipal projects in BC

• Must demonstrate strong communication abilities

• Proficient in project management tools and MS Suite
