In this pivotal role, you'll oversee mechanical design for complex automated systems from ideation through production. With a strong focus on precision mechanisms, tooling, and actuator-driven assemblies, your expertise will guide the development process. Additionally, you will conduct technical reviews and provide design refinement for various challenges such as manufacturing and quality escalations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead mechanical design from concept through prototyping and release

• Design precision mechanisms and tooling for automated manufacturing

• Deliver CAD models, engineering drawings, and release documentation

• Troubleshoot design and build issues across production

• Apply DFM/DFA principles and structured problem-solving methods

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Extensive experience in automated equipment design

• Proficient in CAD and production-ready design packages

• Strong ability in risk management and technical leadership

• Experience with advanced mechanical analysis preferred
