Join Cytiva as a Senior Systems Engineer and spearhead the innovation of advanced aseptic filling systems. Your expertise will shape system architecture, integration, and verification of cutting-edge technologies.
In this influential role, you will lead the design and engineering processes for new aseptic filling technologies from concept to commercialization. You will collaborate across various teams to translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements while ensuring performance and quality standards are met. Your ability to conduct risk analysis and guide design decisions will be paramount in navigating complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architecture and technical design for new aseptic equipment
• Translate stakeholder needs into system requirements and verification plans
• Conduct risk analysis and drive testing and design reviews
• Provide engineering leadership across cross-functional project teams
• Ensure alignment of technical decisions and execution for automation projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Mechatronics, or related field
• Experience in designing complex automated life sciences equipment
• Proven skills in translating needs into clear requirements
• Knowledge of risk analysis methods like FMEA
• Full lifecycle involvement in engineering projects from concept to V&V
