Position: Electrical EIT for QC Testing
Elevate quality assurance as an Electrical Engineer in Testing at RIC Power, based in Burnaby, BC. Focus on ensuring the high standards of switch gear and control systems through rigorous in-house testing.

RIC Power Corporation is seeking an Electrical EIT to ensure the quality of new low and medium voltage switch gear. With over three years of experience, you'll lead a testing team, perform high-voltage tests, and collaborate with Engineering to troubleshoot issues. This role is primarily in the manufacturing facility, with minimal travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full functional testing on custom switch gear

• Conduct high-voltage Hi-Pot and Heat Run tests

• Lead and mentor the testing team in safety protocols

• Troubleshoot schematics with Engineering and Production

• Oversee Factory Acceptance Tests for clients

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years experience

• Expertise in electrical drawings and hands-on testing

• Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills

• Proficient in MS Office for reporting

• Knowledge of industry standards preferred
