Key Responsibilities:

• Design scale-up strategies and execute process improvement initiatives

• Analyze experimental data to enhance process performance

• Lead hazard reviews and contribute to technical documentation

• Support the introduction of novel technologies in customer projects
Requirements:

• EIT or Professional Engineer designation

• Engineering degree in Chemical, Process, Mechanical or similar fields

• Proven experience in pilot plant operations and scale-up

• Familiarity with equipment commissioning and process modeling

• Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies
