As part of a skilled team at RIC Power Corporation, you will specialize in the in-house quality assurance and testing of electrical apparatus. Your contributions will be vital in confirming that equipment meets established quality and design criteria before shipment. The majority of your work will take place in a secure manufacturing facility, with minimal travel involved for field support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute full functional testing of custom switch gear schemes

• Carry out high-voltage testing such as Partial Discharge and BIL

• Mentor a small team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols

• Collaborate with Engineering and Production to resolve testing issues

• Take charge of Factory Acceptance Tests with clients

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering with over 3 years of testing experience

• Strong skill in complex electrical drawings and practical testing

• Excellent troubleshooting and detail-oriented skills

• Proficient in MS Office for documentation

• Familiarity with industry standards and switch gear experience preferred
