You will serve as a subject matter expert and Professional of Record in commissioning complex Protection & Control systems.
Your role includes collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, developing commissioning plans, and providing technical oversight for field activities. This position involves travel across British Columbia and North America, making it perfect for someone interested in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead commissioning of P&C systems and equipment
• Develop and review staging plans with engineering teams
• Validate and approve commissioning deliverables
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members
• Conduct constructability reviews and project planning
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Registration as a Professional Engineer with EGBC
• Minimum 10 years progressive experience
• At least 4 years leading P&C commissioning
• Strong project management and communication skills
