In this senior role, you bring a minimum of five years of hands-on mechanical design experience building HVAC and plumbing systems. Your advanced skills in AutoCAD and Revit MEP will play a vital role in coordinating with project teams and ensuring high standards are maintained for all designs and drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design comprehensive HVAC and plumbing systems

• Model and create Revit and AutoCAD construction documents

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and construction teams

• Verify designs for compliance and project feasibility

• Provide construction phase technical support

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in mechanical HVAC and plumbing design

• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit MEP systems

• Experience with BC Building Code and relevant standards

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
