As part of Microchip’s Datacenter Solutions group, you will drive design from architecture to silicon bring-up, integrating state-of-the-art storage solutions. You are expected to lead subsystem design in System Verilog/VHDL and collaborate with multifaceted teams across the organization. This position is pivotal for engineers aiming to make impactful contributions and mentor junior talent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own architecture and design of complex digital subsystems
• Implement RTL in System Verilog and VHDL with quality standards
• Coordinate subsystem verification and closure using advanced methodologies
• Mentor junior engineers and oversee design quality improvements
• Lead post-silicon debug and validation efforts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant fields
• Over 7 years of ASIC/SoC design experience
• Proficient in System Verilog, VHDL, and UVM methodologies
• Familiar with AXI/AMBA protocols and low-power design
• Strong debug skills in complex hardware integration
