Mechanical Design Engineer in R&D

Key Responsibilities:

• Design effective housings and fixtures in CAD

• Prototype using advanced rapid prototyping tools

• Employ DFM strategies for manufacturability

• Collaborate on integrating mechanical and electronic components

• Perform QA/QC on assemblies for quality assurance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

• CAD proficiency, such as Solid Works or FreeCAD

• Experience with rapid prototyping and manufacturing processes

• Knowledge of material properties relevant to design

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
