In this role, reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will enhance the availability of production equipment for paper machines. You’ll lead electrical maintenance efforts, implement preventive maintenance programs, and collaborate with subcontractors. Your expertise will drive troubleshooting, equipment installations, and upgrades for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise electrical maintenance teams and contractors

• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs

• Analyze equipment failures and recommend corrective actions

• Collaborate with purchasing for inventory optimization

• Maintain up-to-date electrical schematics

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline

• 5 to 10 years of industrial experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software

• Knowledge of PLCs, Drives, and HMIs

• Strong safety awareness in industrial settings
