In this on-site position, you will report to the Engineering Manager while driving risk analysis, system architecture, and stakeholder collaboration. Your proven experience in designing automated equipment will be essential as you guide cross-functional teams through the engineering lifecycle, from concept to verification and validation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive architecture and design of new aseptic technologies
• Collaborate on system requirements and verification strategies
• Lead risk assessments and root-cause analyses
• Provide technical leadership across engineering teams
• Execute on complex automation projects with precision
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Systems Engineering or equivalent
• Experience with automated/life sciences equipment development
• Strong grasp of requirements traceability through V&V
• Familiarity with FMEA and risk management
• History of leading projects in fast-paced settings
