Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the design planning and pad ring constructions

• Implement IO connectivity and pad ring definitions

• Create validate physical design deliverables

• Ensure compliance with design and package constraints

• Drive improvements through silicon debugging efforts

Requirements:

• Electrical Engineering B.S. with 12+ years of experience

• Experience in pad planning and IO design principles

• Understanding of advanced IO library cells and interfaces

• Familiar with EDA tools for design tasks

• Proficiency in Tcl and/or Python for automation
