Senior Estimator at BAUER Foundations

Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you'll play a crucial role in responding to client RFPs with precision and insight. This position encourages you to harness your analytical abilities to manage the tendering process and explore strategic project opportunities while maintaining close client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate project opportunities aligned with business plans

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs

• Prepare technical tenders and assess cost-saving opportunities

• Present design concepts for client approval

• Visit construction sites for firsthand feedback

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• At least 5 years of experience in ground engineering

• Experience in proposal preparation and project applications

• Strong technical knowledge across engineering techniques

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
