Algo is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with hands-on experience in new product introduction. In this role, you will engage with Manufacturing Engineering, R&D, and Quality teams to streamline prototype builds and develop documentation essential for production processes. Your contributions will positively impact product quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in design and build reviews for manufacturability
• Plan and support early-production and prototype builds
• Develop work instructions and visual aids for manufacturing
• Analyze build data to optimize production efficiency
• Collaborate with teams on build issues and process changes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering discipline
• 2-5 years of manufacturing engineering or NPI experience
• Familiarity with Design for Manufacturing and Assembly
• Proficiency in Solid Works or CAD tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
