Collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams will be crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance and calibration on production equipment
• Develop jig designs to improve manufacturing processes
• Liaise with teams to ensure smooth product rollouts
• Document technical processes and support continuous improvement
• Participate in design reviews, uphold standards
Requirements:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
• 2-4 years relevant experience in automation
• Familiarity with CAD tools and motion systems
• Ability to troubleshoot effectively
• Knowledge of industry standards is an asset
