Building Envelope Engineer-in-Training

This Engineer-in-Training supports building envelope assessment, design, and construction review under senior engineers and project managers. You will contribute to technical reports, design drawings, field testing, repair strategies, and construction documentation. The work serves clients through technically sound and cost-effective solutions.

• Conduct building envelope condition assessments and forensic investigations onsite
• Prepare technical reports, design drawings, and specifications
• Perform water penetration, adhesion, and infrared thermography testing
• Support repair and rehabilitation strategies for existing buildings
• Participate in construction reviews and prepare field reports

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Building Science, or related field
• Zero to two years’ experience, preferably in construction
• Registered or eligible for EIT registration with EGBC
• Strong interest in building science and envelope systems
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and vehicle access
