Blue Ant Studios seeks an experienced Line Producer to join their team for an unscripted production. With 5-10 years in Production Management, you will manage field and post teams while overseeing budgets and schedules. Your expertise in problem-solving, negotiation, and communication will ensure project success while keeping teams equipped and informed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee cost reporting and budget tracking for productions
• Manage field and post-production teams, hiring and payroll
• Update and manage crew contracts as necessary
• Support teams with tools and resources to succeed
• Act as the main contact for talent regarding schedules and contracts
Requirements:
• 5-10 years of Production Management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and real-time problem-solving abilities
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
