In this role, you will partner with Senior Producers and lead game production efforts. Your passion for building games will inspire teams to achieve high-quality deliverables while ensuring efficient workflows. With your expertise in project management tools like Jira and Flow, you will guide multi-disciplinary teams toward both short-term and long-term project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with design and tech teams for quality assurance

• Project manage and align with Producer leads

• Decompose long-term projects into manageable tasks

• Remove roadblocks for the team

• Communicate roadmaps and risks to stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of game production experience

• Experience completing a game development cycle

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficient in Jira and Flow/Shotgrid

• Engaging leadership capabilities
