Key Responsibilities:

• Inform guests about casino promotions and activities

• Handle slot machine reservations and machine maintenance

• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and guidelines

• Manage cash transactions, including jackpots

• Monitor and maintain slot machine performance

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cash handling is preferred

• Proven customer service expertise in fast-paced settings

• Basic understanding of slot machine functions is an asset

• Able to stand long hours and lift moderate weights

• Must obtain BCLC registration and Serving It Right (BC) certification
