Position: 2K Sports Gameplay Animator Wanted
Join 2K Sports Lab in Vancouver as a Gameplay Animator. This role focuses on crafting realistic sports behaviors for an exciting new franchise.

We are looking for an experienced Gameplay Animator for a 12-month contract to join our innovative team. You will collaborate with AI and Animation Engineers to produce smooth and engaging animations that meet high quality standards. A deep understanding of sports and animated features is essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and refine motion capture data for gameplay

• Collaborate with Designers to define animation features

• Work closely with Engineers to ensure technical implementation

• Deliver high-quality animations while championing authenticity

• Provide task estimations for animation work

Requirements:

• College diploma or university degree in related field

• Experience with interactive animation features

• Strong understanding of player-focused design

• Open-minded and collaborative approach

• Expertise in human movement for sports performance
