3D Generalist

Position: 3D Generalist at Offworld Industries
Location: New Westminster

Shape the visual experience at Offworld Industries as a 3D Generalist. Create high-quality game assets that bring immersive environments and characters to life while working in-office three days a week.

In this full-time role, you will collaborate with Art Directors and diverse teams to produce 3D assets across various types, including environments, props, and vehicles. A strong understanding of game art production, including modeling, texturing, and optimization in Unreal Engine 5, is essential for success. Your passion for multiplayer gaming will drive you to maintain high standards in visual quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 3D game assets from blockout to in-engine implementation

• Model, sculpt, unwrap, and texture props and environments

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to meet project goals

• Optimize assets for performance in Unreal Engine 5

• Participate in art reviews and iterate based on feedback

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D art for games

• Proficiency in Maya, Blender, or equivalent

• Experience with ZBrush or 3D-Coat

• Understanding of P  texturing workflows

• Strong communication skills and collaborative approach
