This role demands a skilled animator with over ten years in the industry and a passion for crafting engaging gameplay experiences. You will manage the animation process from conception to in-engine execution. Your deep understanding of game mechanics and how animation influences player experience will guide your animations for character actions and combat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the animation pipeline, from concept to implementation

• Rapidly produce rough cuts for immediate player testing

• Define and establish combat feel through animation

• Execute stylized animations that demonstrate physicality

• Collaborate with team members to enhance animation quality

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience with AAA game titles

• Proficient in Blender or similar 3D software

• Experience with Unreal or Unity engine

• Knowledge of game mechanics and animation principles

• Passion for dark fantasy themes and game culture
