In your role as an Amusement Host, your main focus will be to create a playful environment for guests. This includes upselling games, ensuring all attractions are clean and operational, and providing accurate information about promotions and events. Your customer service skills and attention to detail will be essential for this position, making sure every guest feels cared for and engaged during their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate game operations to guests effectively

• Keep all games and stations clean and functional

• Answer guest inquiries about events and pricing

• Assist with inventory restocking in the store

• Encourage guest participation in gaming experiences

Requirements:

• Must meet age requirements for licensed venues

• Customer service experience is a plus

• Strong attention to detail is necessary

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Alcohol certificate relevant to the province
