Events & Rentals Coordinator at VSO

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute student concerts, masterclasses, and festivals

• Coordinate venue and equipment needs for internal events

• Manage event schedules, logistics, and program materials

• Provide onsite support during events, including stage management

• Ensure smooth communications with faculty, students, and attendees

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• 2+ years in event planning or venue rentals

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of event budgeting and logistics

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours
