Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Product Owner for key gameplay features

• Gain intimate knowledge of our player base and goals

• Collaborate with Engineers, Animators, and Producers for execution

• Partner with QA to enhance the game experience

• Analyze software and prioritize development backlog

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Senior Systems Designer in AAA gaming

• Deep passion for sports gaming and player experience

• Strong mentorship experience with junior designers

• Expertise in systemic and narrative design

• Capacity for taking ownership of entire game areas
