Position: Lead Character Artist for 2K Sports Lab

In this pivotal role, you will closely collaborate with the Art Director to push creative boundaries and set visual expectations for character assets. Your expertise in Unreal Engine 5 will play a crucial role in creating high-end, believable characters for our new sports franchise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to push artistic boundaries

• Develop high-quality digital characters, textures, and grooms

• Work alongside animators and other artists to ensure asset quality

• Optimize character assets for real-time rendering

• Follow industry developments in character creation

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in relevant industries

• Experience in delivering at least 1 AAA title

• Strong skills in hair grooming using industry-standard tools

• Familiarity with blend shapes and facial animation

• Self-starter with a strong eye for detail
