Small Axe Studios, based in Burnaby, is seeking a Systems Designer to help shape core gameplay systems for a new sports IP. You will design, balance, and implement gameplay systems that drive depth, progression, and replayability, collaborating with engineers, artists, and other designers across feature teams to ensure cohesive player experiences.
You’ll translate high-level goals into scalable systems, own discrete subsystems, and contribute to scoping discussions with producers and leads.
