This regular, full-time manager oversees mortgage administration services across BC Housing’s portfolios. The work covers CMHC devolved loans, social housing projects, housing programs, inquiries, reporting templates, and stakeholder relationships. You will also review complex mortgage documents for accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage mortgage administration services for BC Housing portfolios
- Lead mortgage administration inquiries and resolve complex issues
- Develop financial reports and mortgage administration templates
- Provide leadership to the mortgage administration team
- Review registration, renewal, tender, statement, and notice documents
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
- Experience managing internal and external client inquiries
- Experience leading CMHC-insured mortgage portfolio administration
- Extensive knowledge of CMHC reporting systems and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
