Join BC Housing as an Evaluation Specialist and contribute to meaningful projects in Burnaby, BC. This full-time, short-term role is centered on managing evaluation initiatives with strategic insight.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Socio-Economic Research, the Evaluation Specialist will coordinate the entire evaluation project cycle, from planning to implementation. Significant evaluation experience in public sector projects is required, as you will be responsible for ensuring that evaluations align with overarching strategies and policies. Your expertise will strengthen evaluation practices within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning, development, and execution of evaluation projects
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of strategic initiatives
• Maintain uniform evaluation standards within the Research Centre
• Provide expert guidance on various evaluation methodologies
• Build readiness for evaluation practices across BC Housing
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a relevant field such as public administration
• Proven track record in evaluation and research
• Strong knowledge of developmental and quantitative evaluations
• Ability to analyze data and produce insightful recommendations
• Maintain Security Clearance as a condition of employment
