Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and present policy proposals to senior leadership
• Interpret data to assist in decision-making processes
• Review existing bylaws and propose necessary adjustments
• Cultivate partnerships with stakeholders and organizations
• Coordinate research projects with technical consultants
Requirements:
• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of Indigenous issues and policies
• Excellent research and data analysis skills
• Effective communication and presentation abilities
• Valid Driver’s Licence for British Columbia
