Reporting to the Manager of Records and Information Management, this position requires expertise in interpreting privacy-related legislation. Join a collaborative team dedicated to maintaining the integrity of the College’s archival records while ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with privacy legislation and records management
• Manage and maintain archive holdings effectively
• Assist in policy drafting regarding archival practices
• Facilitate public access to archival records
• Promote a positive team atmosphere in handling sensitive information
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Archival Studies or equivalent
• One year of relevant experience in records management
• Knowledgeable in legislative interpretation and policy drafting
• Initiative in team work and confidentiality handling
• Familiarity with archival arrangement and description practices
