Building Inspector for North Grenville

Join the Municipality of North Grenville as a Building Inspector focusing on compliance and customer service. This role requires technical knowledge and strong communication skills in a regulatory environment.

In this position within the Planning and Development Department, you will review building permits, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with the Ontario Building Code and municipal by-laws. Key Responsibilities:

• Review building permit applications for compliance

• Conduct site inspections at various construction stages

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma in a related field

• Minimum three years of building inspection experience
