The City of New Westminster is looking for skilled professionals to enhance their Bylaw Services team. Here, you will apply your enforcement, investigation, and regulatory skills to ensure compliance while serving a diverse community. Key Responsibilities:
• Address and resolve municipal bylaw inquiries
• Perform proactive and complaint-driven inspections
• Build relationships through public education and outreach
• Collect evidence for potential legal actions
• Draft and amend local bylaws as needed
Requirements:
• Grade 12 completion with enforcement training
• Knowledge of municipal regulations
• Strong judgment and interpersonal skills
• Capable of managing complex caseloads
• Valid Driver’s Licence for British Columbia
