We are seeking an Associate Therapist (RCC or CCC) to join our Burnaby practice. We are looking for a clinician who is ready to make Mind Fluent their primary clinical focus and grow alongside a supportive, specialized team.

• Specialized Practice: We are a dedicated EMDR centre. We provide the specialized equipment, clinical environment, and reputation to support your growth as a trauma expert.
• Open to All EMDR Levels: Whether you are already EMDR Certified, have completed Basic Training, or are looking to begin your training soon, we offer the clinical environment and support to advance your practice.
• Premium Pro‑D Support: We offer a unique professional development fund that scales with your caseload. This fund is designed to support your pursuit of advanced EMDR certifications or other specialized clinical training.
• Sustainable Practice: We prioritize clinical longevity over high-volume burnout. We help you build a consistent, high-value caseload that allows for the rest and decompression required for trauma work.
• Consistent Referrals: We invest in our brand so you can focus on your clients. You will receive a steady stream of internal referrals to help you reach and maintain your desired caseload.
• Primary Professional Commitment: We are looking for a clinician who views Mind Fluent as their main professional home. We prioritize those dedicated to building a unified brand and practice.
• Flexible Availability: We have current openings for clinicians with availability during high-demand afternoon, evening, and weekend blocks.
• Clinical Excellence: You will provide high-quality trauma-informed counselling and EMDR. If you are not yet EMDR trained, we provide guidance and support for you to complete Basic Training within your first six months.
