- Eligible for Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse
- Proven leadership (3+ years) experience in long-term care or healthcare management.
- Strong knowledge of clinical standards, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage staff, residents, families, and stakeholders.
- Experience in managing budgets, contracts, union relations, and service partnerships.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
Qualifications:
- Experience with innovative care models or approaches to elder care;
Familiarity with LEADS capabilities (Lead Self, Engage Others, Achieve Results, Develop Coalitions, Systems Transformation).
