As a Medical Office Assistant, you will be instrumental in providing administrative support for patient care. This position requires a Medical Office Assistant diploma along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage scheduling and patient communications effectively
• Keep facilities clean and prepare exam rooms
• Answer multi-line phone calls and register new patients
• Execute clerical tasks, including data entry and filing
• Establish relationships with healthcare networks
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of office/clerical experience
• Knowledge in billing, coding and EMR systems
• Understanding of Indigenous community challenges (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Strong organizational and time management skills
