Step into a vital role as a Rehabilitation Assistant, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to carry out rehabilitative treatment plans. You'll be responsible for assisting with daily living skills, monitoring patient progress, and providing therapeutic support as directed by healthcare professionals. Make a lasting impact on the quality of life for patients in recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement activities from rehabilitative treatment plans
• Document changes in patient cognitive and physical capabilities
• Train patients in mobility and daily living skills
• Maintain therapy equipment and monitor inventory
• Participate in evaluation and modification of treatment plans
Requirements:
• Completion of Rehabilitation Assistant Program or equivalent
• Strong communication abilities for patient interaction
• Physical capability to fulfill job requirements
• Effective organizational skills in task management
• Experience with therapy-related equipment use
