Key Responsibilities:

• Offer therapeutic support to patients in acute mental health crises

• Conduct thorough assessments and data interpretation

• Liaise with community services for ongoing patient support

• Maintain detailed documentation of assessments and treatment

• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings for care coordination

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an established school

• Two years’ recent clinical experience in mental health

• Active registration with the provincial social work board

• Solid counseling and crisis intervention skills

• Ability to work in a team-oriented, multicultural environment
