Help maintain hygiene standards as an Environmental Service Aide at New Westminster Surgical Centre, part of Clearpoint Health Network. Your work will directly support patient care and facility operations.

We are currently hiring two casual Environmental Service Aides. This role involves thorough cleaning of surgical and recovery areas, patient rooms, and common spaces, all following established safety regulations for cleaning procedures. Creating a friendly environment while following safety measures is crucial as you interact with hospital staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily cleaning of OR and PACU areas

• Prepare and restock patient rooms with supplies

• Manage clean linen and laundry collection

• Assist in the inventory management of cleaning supplies

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

• Knowledge of cleaning product safety rules

• Proficient in English communication

• Capacity to work efficiently under pressure

• Collaborative and proactive work style

• Ability to understand and accept directions
