Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED;
Associate's degree preferred

• 3+ years in pharmacy operations within healthcare

• Preferred certification in Lean Six Sigma or pharmacy tech

• Strong documentation and analytical skills

• Proven ability to train and coach team members
