Assist individuals in recovery as an Occupational Therapist at Fraser Health. This community-based role involves supporting clients through tailored therapeutic interventions in mental health settings.
In this position, you will analyze clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve desired outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess clients’ occupational performance and determine referral needs
• Lead individual and group therapeutic sessions
• Develop and coordinate rehabilitation programming
• Communicate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams
• Liaise with community providers for resource development
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
• Class V Driver's License and personal vehicle access
• Familiarity with psychiatric rehabilitation methods
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
