In this role, you will work alongside a dedicated care team, engaging directly with residents to meet their personalized needs. Key tasks include assisting with bathing, transfers, and meal support. You'll also ensure residents feel comfortable and supported during their time in our facility, enhancing their overall quality of life through compassionate interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help residents with bathing and personal hygiene

• Assist in transfers with appropriate equipment

• Support residents during meal times

• Ensure adherence to residents' dietary plans

• Aid in routine treatments as directed

Requirements:

• One year of relevant experience preferred

• HCA or PCA certification is required

• English fluency is necessary

• Registration with CLHA mandatory

• Post-secondary education is beneficial
