Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily personal care to residents
• Assist in safe transfers and mobility support
• Facilitate residents' transportation to meals and activities
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Help maintain overall cleanliness and organization
Requirements:
• High School Diploma is a must
• Progress in a Personal Support Worker program preferred
• Volunteer or job experience with seniors is beneficial
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for delivering customer-focused service
