As a clinician, you will provide essential services that include individual therapy, group interventions, and community outreach to ensure that clients receive appropriate treatment and support. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you will engage clients and their families, focusing on empowering self-determination through a trauma-informed approach. Key Responsibilities:
• Address complex client needs through tailored treatment options
• Implement brief interventions and oversee follow-up care
• Facilitate family support and educational sessions
• Perform comprehensive assessments and prioritize care
• Work with emergency services for crisis interventions
Requirements:
• Master's Degree in relevant social or health sciences
• Minimum of two years related experience
• Registration eligibility with a professional body
• Valid Class V driver's license for community outreach
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
