Enhance patient rehabilitation as a Rehabilitation Assistant at Royal Columbian Hospital, part of Fraser Health in New Westminster, BC. Deliver important therapeutic care in a collaborative team environment.

In this vital role, you will assist physiotherapists and occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans that improve patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with designated rehabilitation tasks assigned by therapists

• Observe and report patient progress and changes

• Conduct functional skill training for patients and families

• Maintain and organize therapy equipment and supplies

• Collaborate in treatment plan modifications within the care team

Requirements:

• Completion of a Rehabilitation Assistant Program

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Physical capability to fulfill job requirements

• Organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks

• Relevant experience in the health care field preferred
