Clinical Operations Manager in Orthopaedics

As a Manager of Clinical Operations, you will oversee the 48-bed Ortho/Trauma unit and the Wound Ostomy and Continence Nurses group. Your leadership will encompass planning, implementation, and evaluation of services while ensuring smooth transitions for patients out of acute care. You will also engage with diverse stakeholders to advance both clinical quality and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the Ortho/Trauma inpatient team

• Provide clinical leadership for nursing staff

• Enhance service delivery through quality improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

• Ensure a smooth patient transition to community health services

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in relevant clinical area

• 7-10 years of progressional leadership experience

• Current registration with a recognized professional association

• Basic computer literacy for healthcare applications

• Ability to support diverse teams and communities
