Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect psychiatric patient care

• Utilize therapeutic communication and de-escalation techniques

• Assist with admissions and discharges

• Administer medications following protocols

Requirements:

• Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Psychiatric Technician

• BLS certification required; CPI preferred

• Minimum 1 year of behavioral health experience

• Mental Health Techs not accepted

• Compliance with facility vaccination requirements
