Key Responsibilities:

• Create a supportive space for clients

• Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year as a Medical Office Assistant

• Experience in a multidisciplinary clinic preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Familiarity with ICBC and WorkSafeBC processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and EMR software
